NOTICE
Effective in the 2010-2011 school year the following state law requirements will be implemented:
  •    Tdap will be required for all incoming eighth grade students
  • A 2nd dose of Varicella for all incoming kindergarten students

Schools may accept only a written signed statement from a doctor of medicine or doctor of osteopathy as documentation of proof of varicella (chickenpox) disease for all incoming kindergarten students.
